Puerto Rico Pop-Up Dinner Series
Join Wild Common and Chef Orlando Pagán as we celebrate his Puerto Rican roots with a pop-up dinner series on the last Sunday of the month throughout summer.
From the Luquillo food kiosks to the pristine beaches and lush El Yunque rain forest, this dinner is a culinary tour of the Enchanted Island. Each of the 4-courses on this special Tasting Menu showcases Pagán family recipes and traditional favorites with rich flavors of culinary heritage rooted in Spain, Africa the native Taínos.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to José Andres’ World Central Kitchen. Since Hurricane Maria in 2017, #ChefsForPuertoRico continues to remain active and has served over 3.6 million meals.
