Truffle Weekend 2021 – January 22nd & 24th

The most sought after culinary treat is back! Join us for the first of the 2021 season’s truffles on Friday, January 22nd and Sunday, January 24th. Chef Orlando Pagán has prepared an delicious five-course menu, highlighting the most decadent aspects of the truffle. Additionally, our team has curated an (optional) list of wine pairings to finish off your delectable meal.

Fun Fact: Truffles grow in the roots of truffle oaks. They are rarely cultivated and are especially difficult to find. The French Perigord Truffles (Black Diamond), European White Truffles, and Italian Black Truffles are some of the sought after Truffle varieties.

In addition to our pop-up restaurant service that weekend, we are also able to accommodate two seatings of larger parties for up 10 guests at the Chef’s Table. The menu at the Chef’s Table during Truffle Weekend will be the same as above at $150 per person.
