Watch and Learn from our Culinary Team and Barry Dodds of Freemark Abbey on Wednesday, April 28th!
Your evening will begin with the clink of a champagne glass in our courtyard, with canapés to snack on. Following the welcome toast, you will have exclusive access to our Chef’s Counter for a cooking demonstration. Here, you’ll watch as our culinary professionals work their magic in creating a delicious four-course dinner for your enjoyment, along with Barry Dodds of Freemark Abbey’s presentation of wine pairings. Following your meal, decadent desserts and after-dinner drinks will be provided to top off a successful night!
About the Vineyard
Freemark Abbey, a St. Helena winery founded in 1886, that hasn’t been “young” for a long time. With nearly 50 vintages’ worth of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon vintages tucked away in its library, Freemark’s signature portfolio of wines represents one of the most fully realized Cabernet programs in America. They’re produced by a winery whose contemporary rise to prominence has, from the 1960s to present, coincided with that of California’s fine wine industry.
