Wild Common X Indigenous Selections Cooking School
Watch and learn from our Culinary Team and David Dubou of Indigenous Selections about the art of cooking and how to successfully pair your meal with Italian wine on Wednesday, April 7th.
Your evening will begin with the clink of a champagne glass in our courtyard, with canapés to snack on. Following the welcome toast, you will have exclusive access to our Chef’s Counter for a cooking demonstration. Here, you’ll watch as our culinary professionals work their magic in creating a delicious four-course dinner for your enjoyment, along with Indigenous Selection wine pairings. Following your meal, decadent desserts and after-dinner drinks will be provided to top off the night.
We like wines that tell a story, that tell you from where they come, their experiences, where they have been and, just as importantly, where they are going. Each wine imported by Indigenous Selections has its own unique story that unfolds as it is poured into a glass.
