About Chef Nikko Cagalanan of Mansueta’s

Chef Nikko was born and raised in the Philippines. He moved to the United States in 2011 settling down in Conway, SC with this wife. They made the move to Charleston where Chef Nikko started his popup in early 2019. His mission is to let people know how great Filipino food is and represent Filipino food in Charleston. You can currently find Nikko’s food at his stall, Mansueta’s Filipino Food, in Workshop.
