Chef Collaboration Dinner Series: Wild Common X Mansueta’s
Join us at Wild Common for our First Chef’s Collaboration Dinner featuring Chef Nikko Cagalanan of Mansueta’s Filipino Food.
Enjoy a feast of combined cuisine and unique flavor. The five-course dinner will weave together Chef Orlando Pagan’s fine dining cuisine of Wild Common with the refined flavors of Chef Nikko Cagalanan’s Filipino Food.
Chef Nikko was born and raised in the Philippines. He moved to the United States in 2011 settling down in Conway, SC with this wife. They made the move to Charleston where Chef Nikko started his popup in early 2019. His mission is to let people know how great Filipino food is and represent Filipino food in Charleston. You can currently find Nikko’s food at his stall, Mansueta’s Filipino Food, in Workshop.
Mansueta’s cuisine can be described as “Asian food that ignites the spirit,” invoking nostalgic memories we have of our favorite meals. Every bite, every sound of laughter, every moment shared with those you cherish transforms an experience that is shared by all life into one that is strictly human. For a meal that is truly one worth remembering, dine with Mansueta’s Filipino Food and enjoy the finest Filipino and Filipino cuisine.
For $95 per person (+ tax and fees), you will enjoy a delicious five-course meal, led by Chef Orlando Pagán and Chef Nikko Cagalanan. Act fast– limited spots are left!
