3rd Annual Puerto Rican Pop-Up Dinner Series
Join Wild Common and Chef Orlando Pagán as we celebrate his Puerto Rican roots with the 3rd Annual Pop-Up Dinner Series on the last Sunday of the month throughout summer.
The flavors will transport you to Chef’s Enchanted Island home, from the Luquillo food kiosks to the lush El Yunque rain forest. Each of the 4 courses on this special Tasting Menu showcases Pagán family recipes and traditional favorites with rich flavors of culinary heritage rooted in Spain, Africa, and the native Taínos.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to José Andres’ World Central Kitchen. Since Hurricane Maria in 2017, #ChefsForPuertoRico continues to remain active and has served over 3.7 million meals.
