About The Experience

Join us on Wednesday, June 9th at 6pm for a special edition of our weekly cooking school featuring Regiis Ova Caviar! Your night will begin with a welcome toast featuring canapés and champagne in our courtyard. You will then head over to our Chef’s counter for a cooking demonstration led by our culinary team. Following the school, enjoy a delicious multi-course dinner with Regiis Ova Caviar in every course! End your meal with decadent desserts and after-dinner drinks.

For $375 per ticket (+ tax and fees), we invite you into our kitchen for a one-of-a-kind experience. 

About Regiis Ova Caviar

Meaning “royal egg” in Latin, Regiis Ova is the new caviar company founded by Chef Thomas Keller and Shaoching Bishop, former CEO of Sterling Caviar and Tsar Nicoulai Caviar.

The Regiis Ova team goes straight to the source to hand-select caviar. The company’s mission is to “support sustainable farming and provide chefs with high quality caviar at more affordable prices.” The team uses a highly selective process to determine from which farms they will source the caviar.
