In addition to our regular Restaurant hours this weekend, we’re adding a Sunday Take-Out option to our menu. This Sunday’s special is Chef Orlando’s Korean Fried Chicken Dinner. There are only FIVE orders available! The Take-Out special is only available for to-go orders.
KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN TO-GO
$50, serves 2-4
The chicken is marinated for 8-hours in a pastrami brine and then tossed in buttermilk and breaded in croutons, potato starch and spices. It’s fried right before your scheduled pick-up to ensure it’s hot and crispy, and it’s served in a carry-out bucket signed by our culinary team. Also included is a housemade chili honey sauce, five buttermilk biscuits, and a kimchi slaw. Each order includes about 8-10 pieces of chicken.
