We try to make the fewest number of changes possible when accommodating dietary restrictions, so that our guests may enjoy the menu as Chef Orlando originally envisioned. We are able to make accommodations for certain common dietary restrictions: vegetarian, pescatarian, shellfish allergy, and nut allergy. However, at this time, we are unable to accommodate celiac (gluten-free), dairy-free, or vegan menus. We do our best to accommodate other mild allergies. 4-course Tasting Menu is $75 per person. Wine pairings are available for an additional price, beginning at $55 per person.
